On the 20th of May 2026, TDs will have a historical opportunity to vote for sanctions against the state of Israel via the Sanctions Against the State of Israel Bill proposed by People Before Profit – Solidarity. The Bill will first be debated in the Dáil on May 14th. This is a pivotal opportunity for Ireland to act as a global leader, taking a stance against apartheid and genocide.
